Winter Berry Smoothie. Okay, okay – Es ist zugegebenerweise nicht das kreativste und weltallerschönste Frühstück, das ich mit euch hier bisher auf meinem Blog geteilt habe, doch es ist mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit eines der simpelsten und unaufwändigsten: Vegan Winter Berry Smoothie in a Jar. 
Eine kurze Erinnerung vorab: It's never too late for breakfast or too cold for ice cream. 



Lovely Winter Berry Smoothie
notes: You can easily prepare this the night before to eat it for breakfast the next morning. This smoothie is perfect for a cozy winter morning when you need an extra portion of healthy vitamins!


INGREDIENTS

1 large banana
1 cup fresh or frozen berries (cranberries, blueberries etc.)
1/2 cup of liquid (coconut water, plant-based milk, orange juice etc.)
1 medjool date, pitted (or agave/maple sirup)
1 tsp hemp seeds
1 tsp spirulina powder
cranberries, goji berries, chia seeds and coconut flakes, for serving


METHOD

Add all of your ingredients to a blender and mix until smooth. Add some more liquid if needed. Pour your smoothie into a mason jar, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!
