Vegan Fall Nice Cream. Im Moment drehen sich meine Gedanken nur um Eins: Ein Leben in der USA - Ja, Nein oder Vielleicht?
Ich stecke mitten in der aufwändigen Bewerbungsphase um ein Stipendium für ein Auslandsjahr in der USA  und kann das Ergebnis kaum noch abwarten.
Von den Schwärmereien nun hinzu eines der leckersten Frühstücksideen, die ich je gegessen habe: Cinnamon Peanut Butter Nice Cream.

Vegan Fall Nice Cream. At the moment, the only thing I can think about is spending one year abroad in the U.S, which is maybe going to happen next year.
I'm currently preparing my very time-consuming application for a scholarship in the U.S and I'm so excited about it.
Now on to the main topic of this post: Fall Nice Cream with Peanut Butter and Cinnamon. This one is by far one of my favorite breakfast of all times.

The Fall Nice Cream
note: This breakfast tastes like actual heaven! If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely give this one a try.

Lovely Winter Berry Smoothie
notes: You can easily prepare this the night before to eat it for breakfast the next morning. This smoothie is perfect for a cozy winter morning when you need an extra portion of healthy vitamins!


2 frozen bananas
1 regular banana
1tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of peanut butter
chia seeds, pecan nuts, mulberries etc. for serving


Roast your pecan nuts in the oven for about 10min. After that,  just mix the bananas together 
with your cinnamon and some kind of sweeter (dates, stevia etc.) in your blender and top it 
with peanut butter, oats, mulberries, chia seeds and some roasted pecan nuts. Enjoy!
